Refund policy
We have a 14-day (2 weeks) return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please see below for details about non-returnable items and sale purchases.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info.unniya@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The customers are liable for shipping fees for non-defective products. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accpet returns on buying together(공구) items because they are on special sale price.
Regular sale items are non-returnable as well.
Exchanges
For regular orders, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on buying together(공구) items after it's order period is ended. Please contact us at info.unniya@gmail.com and state items you want to return and purchase in the e-mail before the order period ends so we can assist you as soon as possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info.unniya@gmail.com. The original shipping fee of your order is not refundable.
Please be reminded that for credit card payments, there will be 5% of refund processing fees charged by Shopify.
Lost package
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to locate packages or contact UPS or USPS to submit a claim.
We require that you select a secure delivery address and preferably one where someone is able to receive your package directly in order to avoid lost package.
Wrong address
If you have entered the wrong shipping address on your order, the responsibility is with the customer to locate their package. Please note that if your items are being shipped back to us, you will be responsible for any re-shipping charges. If you do not wish to have the order re-shipped to you, you will be issued a refund less the initial shipment charge.
