Shipping policy

We ship within US only at this time. Free shipping is included for all orders above $150 (exception of Hawaii and Alaska).

For buying together(공구) orders(with a specific order period), please consider it as a pre-order and allow 2 weeks after the order period ends until it is delivered. 

For regular orders, our shipping lead time is 1~3 business days for processing and another 2~5 business days for transit depending on your location.

Fulfillment time is subject to vary due to unpredictable situations during the import process from overseas for buying together(공구) orders. Please note that expected delivery dates are estimates, and are not guaranteed.

You will receive shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships. If you do not receive a shipment notification within a week for buying together(공구) orders and 24 hours for reguar orders, please check your spam and promotions folders before contacting us at info.unniya@gmail.com.

Local pick-up is available at our Brea CA showroom and we have monthly LA pick-up is available as well. Select the local pick-up option at checkout.
